Use green Mango. Grate the mango and make a chutney. You could season the chutney. Put that on the meat. I wouldn't put ripe slices of mango in this dish. NB. That culantro/Thai Parsley/shandon Beni, can be blended and put into the mango chutney. You'll get the health benefits of the mango and the culantro, and the dish will taste like it's unhealthy 😂.
